Ms. Robin Xie

Ms. Robin Xie (谢玢) is an entrepreneur, investor, and engineer driven by a singular focus: identifying where systems are unnecessarily bound and creating the architecture to unlock their underlying potential. She serves as Managing Partner at TideiSun Group and Executive Director of iSunTV.

At TideiSun Group, Ms. Xie approaches capital allocation as a dynamic leverage point for long-term value creation. She directs group portfolio strategy, cross-border M&A, and international market development, guiding accredited investors and structuring strategic pathways across global capital markets, including the HKEX, NYSE, and Nasdaq. Rather than viewing finance as rigid management, she treats capital as an instrument to expand organizational agency and optionality.

In her operating role as Executive Director of iSunTV (陽光衛視), Ms. Xie applies this approach to legacy media. She leads the platform's architectural evolution from a traditional satellite broadcast network into a live, AI-native news laboratory and streaming commerce platform—integrating agentic swarms, autonomous workflows, and custom operating frameworks. Her work spans AI infrastructure, digital asset rails, quantitative research platforms, and programmable finance.

Ms. Xie’s technical foundation began in the United States as a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in subsea engineering, designing autonomous machinery and complex offshore systems under uncompromising physical laws. A child prodigy in computer science, she entered the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) Class for Gifted Young at age 13, earning her Bachelor of Computer Science. Guided by the principle of respecting the rules physical reality imposes while questioning the artificial rules people invent, she continuously translates systems thinking into flexible financial and technological architecture.
